This Privacy policy describes how Distrimex bv, located at Sterrestraat 58, 8700 Aarsele, Belgium, with VAT number BE0445.917.710, collects and processes personal data. We act in accordance with the Belgian Privacy Act and the GDPR.

We collect data that you provide to us via our website, our CRM system (HubSpot), and our email marketing platforms (Brevo/GetResponse), such as your name and email address. We process this data in order to respond to your specific information request (performance of pre-contractual measures). In addition, we process data for email marketing purposes (newsletters) based on your explicit consent. Furthermore, we process data obtained through direct professional cooperation and business interactions for communication purposes based on our legitimate interest.

We use cookies to ensure our website functions correctly, to analyze our traffic, and for marketing purposes.

    These are required for the technical operation of the site and are always active.

  • Functional cookies:

    These cookies allow the website to remember your preferences (such as language settings) for a smoother visit.

    We use HubSpot and our email marketing platforms (Brevo/GetResponse) to understand how you use our site and to show relevant content.   • Brevo (France):

    Used for email communication, marketing, and marketing automation. Data is stored on servers within the European Union.

  • GetResponse (Poland):

    Used for email communication and marketing automation. Data is stored on servers within the European Union.

We have data processing agreements in place with these partners to ensure your data remains safe and is processed in compliance with the GDPR.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. For our email newsletters, you can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link at the bottom of each email. 6. Retention period

We do not retain your personal data for longer than is necessary for the purposes mentioned above. Data from contact inquiries are kept for a maximum of 2 years if no commercial cooperation results from it. Data processed for email marketing purposes are retained until you unsubscribe or for a maximum of 2 years after your last interaction with our emails (e.g., opening an email or clicking a link). Data processed in the context of an active business relationship are retained for the duration of the cooperation or in accordance with legal accounting obligations (7 years).
